Delete your account

Chess: Pawn to Pro

Option 1: in the app (fastest)

Open Chess: Pawn to Pro and log in.
Go to Profile and scroll to the bottom.
Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm with your password (or your Google account).

Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: without the app

Send an email to bfindikkayaother@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address you use to log in (or tell us your username). We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your login (email address) and profile: username, avatar, rating, statistics, lesson progress
Your game history and daily puzzle history
Your friends list, friend requests and invite data
Your purchase details stored by the app

What is kept

Online games that already finished stay in your opponents' history, with your user ID, username and avatar removed.
Your opponents' own match history may still show the username you had at the time of the game.
Google keeps its own records of Google Play purchases. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription – cancel it in Google Play.
